The Stichting Caucasus Foundation (SCF) is a non-profit organisation based in the Netherlands, with its headquarters in Tbilisi, Georgia. SCF supports countries in the Caucasus in their process of cultural integration with the rest of Europe while fostering new forms of cultural cooperation worldwide.
The Foundation designs and implements arts and cultural programmes and events for professional artists, promoting open and democratic societies across the Caucasus region.
SCF is affiliated with CONCEPTS (the Consortium for the Coordination of European Performance Theatre Studies), based in the United Kingdom, and is a member of the Council of Europe’s Forum of International Cultural Networks.
At the international level, SCF works closely with the Felix Meritis Foundation, the Gulliver Network, ENCATC, and IETM.
