Project summary

Centimemory is the extension of Centifolia, a poetic solo exploring femininity, body image, and memory. During a 3-week residency at Fondazione Fabbrica Europa, choreographers Marine Fernandez and Heung Won Lee will expand the piece into a full-length performance blending dance, theatre, and voice. Through surreal body images, shoes as sculptural extensions, and lipstick as ephemeral traces, Centimemory reflects on transformation and the passage of time. The residency includes workshops, dramaturgical collaboration, and a public showing.

MH Company

Biography: Marine Fernandez (France) and Heung Won Lee (South Korea) are dance artists and choreographers based in Lithuania. Former long-term members of Aura Dance Theatre (2016–2025 and 2019–2025), they began collaborating in 2023, exploring human fragility, memory, and transformation through a poetic and fluid physical language. Their works Un Fil, Centifolia, and Speechless have received multiple awards in Europe and Asia (Rome, Valencia, Gdansk, Erfurt) and toured internationally. Their research weaves movement, image, and emotion into intimate reflections on identity, time, and resilience.
