Project summary

Who the F*ck Wrote This? is a cross-disciplinary residency and performance by Synergy of Music Theatre (SMouTh) exploring authorship, creativity, and collaboration between artists and machines. Combining theatre, music, poetry and live light design, the work unfolds as an AI-generated poetry slam where performers and audiences create together. In each performance, there is a participatory segment, called “Prompt Me Gently,” where spectators become judges, co-authors, and performers, generating poems live with AI and interpreting them on stage. Each residency includes a hands-on masterclass sharing SMouTh’s devised theatre and improvisation methods, adapted to AI tools and collective authorship, connecting artists and audiences in a playful, critical reflection on technology and creation.
