Are you ready to press send? Have a look at the checklist to be sure you didn't forget anything:

  1. Register your festival (leading and partner festivals) on FestivalFinder.eu or update your account if you are already registered.
  2. Fill in the two letters of intent: Letter of intent with the partner festivals and letter of intent with the emerging artist.
  3. Define the budget and complete the budget template.
  4. Prepare your online application by collecting the information and writing the answers beforehand in the Word application form. You will not be able to save your application once you start filling in the online form on the EFFEA platform. Once your word application form is complete and the three annexes ready, you can easily copy-paste all info from Word into the online application form.

Did you tick all the boxes? Then apply now!

You still have questions? Have a look at the Frequently Asked Questions page on the EFFEA Platform or contact Donika Rudi Berishaj, EFFEA coordinator: donika[@]efa-aef.eu.

Good luck in finalising your application.
