Project summary

The residency develops a networked interactive installation using 3D stereoscopic projections + surround sound and improvised live performance for the Re-connect Art 2024: Invisible hand. The visitors will be invited to experience an immersive installation in the dungeon no.17 located at the Vltava embankment in the heart of Prague's relaxation zone. The artist uses publicly available data from online crypto-currency exchanges to create a vast, abstract cinematic landscape of juxtaposed multiple financial token value relationships. The work critically reflects upon gambling and gaming tendencies in the global economic processes, that deal with increasingly immaterial assets, being a Zeitgeist of transformation from a market economy society towards a market society.
