Project summary

"Nexus" is an immersive digital artwork exploring interconnected human experiences in a tech-driven world. This interactive installation blurs physical and digital realms, creating a multisensory experience. Utilising cutting-edge technology, it offers a dynamic visual and auditory journey, revealing intricate relationships between individuals, ideas, and environments. Inspired by technology, nature, and human connection, "Nexus" prompts contemplation on the networks shaping our world. Through art, technology, and interactivity, it evokes wonder, curiosity, and reflection on our interconnectedness. As a reminder of the digital and physical interplay, "Nexus" emphasises technology's impact while highlighting the significance of human connection and intricate networks in our existence.

Artist

András László Nagy

Biography: András László Nagy was born in Budapest. He studied visual arts and classical music hoping to find the best possible way to combine the two. While he was studying audio engineering he had the opportunity to gain experience in renowned Hungarian clubs and venues. He made several audio-visual installations and performances, and began to run TouchDesigner workshops and later on kinetic light installations. One of his piece called "Iris" won the Master of Light 2022 award in hungary.The focus point is to find innovative visual language in the field of generative and interactive media. His unique style is well recognizable from its abstract minimalistic elements and sinestatic compositions.
